The Denton Development Corporation (DDC) is a nonprofit corporation established in 1998 to identify, execute and manage redevelopment efforts targeting vacant or underutilized buildings and properties. Since its inception, the DDC has been working in partnership with the Town of Denton to revitalize the Central Business District by facilitating the development of selected projects that will benefit the downtown commercial district.
